I stopped by Norms for breakfast, it was kind of a letdown. It was busy, so I wasn’t expecting everything to be instant, but waiting that long just to get coffee made it feel like they were more focused on keeping the line moving than actually checking on the tables.

The food didn’t really save it either. My eggs were overcooked, the hash browns were bland, and the pancakes were fine, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. Our server was polite, but she seemed rushed the whole time, like maybe they were trying to get everyone in and out as fast as possible.

I used to like stopping here because it felt easy and reliable, but this visit was just messy and didn’t feel worth the price. Maybe they were having a rough morning, but I left annoyed and wondering if the place has started coasting a bit because they know people will show up anyway...

I’ve ordered takeout/delivery from here a few times now, and I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes, but it feels like the fries are being sabotaged somewhere between the kitchen and my front door. Every time the food shows up kind of lukewarm, and the fries are already soggy like they’ve been sitting in a secret steam chamber. One order was even missing the toast, which made me wonder if there’s some unofficial toast shortage nobody’s telling us about. The staff was nice on the phone, so I’m not mad at them, but for the price, it just hasn’t felt worth it.

The food was okay, nothing really to complain about there. But I couldn’t stop noticing the table felt sticky, and then when I went to the bathroom it was kind of messy too, so it just made the whole place feel a little off. The staff were nice enough, which I appreciated, but I feel like if the dining area doesn’t feel clean, I start thinking about everything else, you know? I’m not saying it was terrible, but I don’t think I’d rush back anytime soon...

I had a little issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They replied quickly and were nice about it, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.

It did take one extra message to get everything fully sorted, which was a tiny bit annoying, but really, they handled it well and I was happy with the outcome. I’d feel fine ordering from norms.com again.

I went to norms with my family, it had that comfortable diner feel right away. I always like when a place feels clean and familiar without trying too hard, and this one did. The classic booths, the lighting, and the simple cozy setup made me feel like we picked a safe spot to relax and eat.

The staff seemed busy and were moving quickly, but the whole place still felt calm, which I appreciated. I don’t love feeling rushed when I’m out with family, so it was reassuring that we could just sit, talk, and enjoy being there. I’d definitely go back...

i love how much variety Norms has on the menu. went in having no idea what i wanted and ended up ordering breakfast, while my friend got a burger and my kid went with pasta. it was just really nice being able to get all of that in one place. prices felt reasonable too. easy 5 stars from me.

I expected a bit more for the money. It’s not terrible, but the quality doesn’t really feel like it matches the price, so I’m not sure I’d buy it again

The staff was friendly enough, which I appreciated, but the service felt kinda slow. I might’ve been a little impatient that day, but it did make the experience feel a bit more tiring than it needed to be

I was almost overwhelmed when the food came out because the portions were seriously huge. Then I got kind of excited realizing I’d have leftovers for later. Solid deal overall.

I gave it 4 stars because my Norms order was right and nothing was missing, which I always appreciate. The food was good too. My gut says it would’ve been a full 5 if it hadn’t taken a little longer than I expected, but overall I was happy with it.

I went here for breakfast and the food was good most of the time. The eggs and pancakes tasted fresh, and I was really happy with them, but then again the bacon was kind of too salty for me. I kept saying it was a little much, but I still ate it all, so I guess it didn’t bother me that badly. Overall I liked the meal and would probably come back, even though part of me thinks they could do better.

I’ve ordered from norms.com a handful of times now, and it’s been consistent for me. It’s not some fancy, over-the-top experience, but I like that it’s straightforward. The menu is easy to get through, the order details are usually clear, and the food shows up pretty much how I pictured it. I do notice little things, like whether the toast is still warm or if the sauce cups are actually sealed, and most of the time they get those things right. One order took longer than expected, but it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall, it’s a solid 4 stars from me.

I was kind of in a rush, so I really appreciated how close this place is and how simple the whole thing was. I got in, handled what I needed, and didn’t have to deal with any hassle.
